Client Marketing Manager
Step into a vital role within our Digital Advertising Team, serving as the lead contact between our clients and our Paid Media Managers. As a part of Reality Resolution, you'll focus on strengthening relationships with our roster of premium global luxury brands across diverse media channels.
Your primary responsibility lies in seamless communication between clients and our internal team.
Skill Set
Exceptional verbal and written communication is a must, as is the ability to understand and translate complex digital advertising metrics.
At least 1 year in a client-facing role within the industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have:
Experience in client relationship management.
Basic understanding of digital advertising channels like Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Advertising.
Key details
Act as the central contact point for client accounts, facilitating communication between the client and our Paid Media Managers.
Translate client goals into actionable tasks for the Paid Media Managers to execute.
Regularly update clients on campaign progress, deliverables, and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers.
Conduct routine client meetings, including monthly performance reviews and quarterly strategic planning sessions.
Collaborate with Paid Media Managers to review campaign data and propose innovative improvements.
Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on ongoing campaigns and client needs.
